We offer content on the following topics:

- Strategies for self-care, health-promoting habits
- Reflection on gender roles and related challenges / gender identities / gender diversity
- Learning and experiencing ambiguity tolerance, being able to endure contradictions
- Promotion of coping strategies
- Promoting individual strengths and competences
- Self-efficacy
- Nutrition and exercise as beneficial factors
- Promoting social interactions: Friendship and partner relationships as an important part of the reality of life
- Self-regulation and critical reflection on media consumption and reflection on the (role) images and life plans conveyed in social media
- Body images and acceptance of physical change
Promoting the resilience and skills of children and young people to deal with stressful situations
In order to teach young people how to deal with stressful situations in a way that promotes their health, we want to teach them strategies for coping well with stressful situations. These include, for example
- Strategies for coping with stress / dealing with pressure to perform
- Self-control and self-regulation
- Dealing with challenging feelings
- Coping with personal (temporary) crises
- Reflecting on and dealing with challenging group dynamics
- Dealing with conflicts / experiences of bullying / violence
- Dealing with sexuality Dealing with abusive behaviour
- Recognising and communicating your own boundaries
- Challenges due to experiences of flight and migration
- Intersections with dealing with consumption / addictive tendencies (in cooperation with the specialist centre for consumer competence)
